Please note: DashCraft™ products and kits are custom-fit for specific vehicles. Please double-check compatibility before installation, as returns are only accepted for unused items in original packaging.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.

Refunds

We offer full refunds with no restocking fees once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If DashCraft provides a return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Brief description of why a return ios being requested.

Our team will review your request and reply with return authorization and detailed instructions. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval. We do not accept returns sent without authorization.

Once your return is approved, securely package the item and follow the instructions provided. After shipping, please email us a photo of the sealed package along with the tracking number.

Returns are typically inspected within three business days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
